It's been a while since the last Motivation Monday so I wanted to get it up as quickly as possible for the start of your week.
This week it's all about finding a buddy or a form of "buddy" to keep one another revved up. Having some sort of accountability system will keep you honest with yourself and will keep you wanting to show results to that buddy. Below are a list of ways to keep you motivated using the buddy system.
*workout with a friend/personal trainer
*join an on-line forum: Jillian Michaels, My Fitness Pal, or start a conversation on my Twitter page or Facebook page
*join a weight loss "club": weight watchers
*get your significant other to join in with you. I find that to be fun and entertaining and motivating.
*tell everyone you know about your goals-then you'll HAVE to stick to them!
Using this type of motivation is good for you and you can also be the one to motivate others when they need a pick-me-up.
