I love this site ...Kari you totally rock my world! I love this site you have made...I have a question for you...could you do a post on injuries? I WAS training for a 10k mudrun but 3 weeks ago I sprained my ankle and I am just now trying to start walking for exercise...I am not sure what to do for exercise when my ankle is still a little swollen and if I get it in the wrong position it still really hurts.
